This will apply to most students being admitted for the 2017 term and onward. You will be provided an Office 365 Outlook email account and provisioned with an email in the format of username@jnljkj.com. 要访问此帐户, use the Outlook link below and log in with the student email and 密码 that you will have received in a letter from Chapman's Office of 入学. Android email setup varies from device to device. To set up your android device, do the following:

1. Go to 设置

If you have enrolled your account into the Self-Service 密码 Reset tool, you can go to 密码.jnljkj.com, type your email and click next. On the next screen, select “Forgot my 密码.” Follow the instructions to reset your 密码.

If you have not yet entered your security questions or your answer is not accepted, contact the 服务台. You will be asked two or more questions to confirm your identity.

Who is eligible to get a PantherMail account?

All newly admitted and existing students will have a PantherMail account created on August 15, 2008, but prior to admits for Fall 2017 term.

To log into your PantherMail account.

Google has signed a contract committing them to uphold a strict privacy policy and to always treat your personal information with the utmost care and security. Keep in mind that Google has agreed that pg电子APP下载大学 student data is subject to the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) when in Google's possession.

How do I ensure that my data stays secure when I'm using a shared or public computer?

Open up PantherMail, click on "设置"

On the right side of "Send mail as": click on "Add another email address you own".
When the box pops up, enter your name in the Name field and enter your email address username@alumni.jnljkj.com，按“下一步”.
You will get a popup box that says "Add another email address you own" – VERIFICATION
This will send a verification code to your Panthermail email account, verifying you own the mailbox you want to add. 点击“发送验证”
You will receive this email verification code in your email.
Check your email, copy the "confirmation code" number, and paste it into the "Verification field".

To select the new email account as the from account, click the "down arrow" next the email address in the from field. Your second account you just added will now show up as an option on the send from field.
